Learning is Never Complete

Boilearn was born from the desire to pass the knowledge from the people who have it to the people who don't. The boiler industry is lacking in skilled persons who have the know how to maintain, operate, and service boilers and all of the auxiliary components. Most of the information is out there on the internet or in manuals, however, having access to information is only one step of the learning process. You need to learn how to correctly use the information to make changes and level up your career skills.

Boilearn was founded by Eric Johnson in 2023. After getting a degree in HVACR Engineering Technology, he worked for a commercial / industrial boiler service company as a field service technician. During this time, he learned firsthand how much information he needed to know just to perform a simple service call in the boiler room and the frustrations of how to learn that information. After looking around the boiler industry at the workforce problem of attracting new people and training them, he decided to stop sitting on the sidelines and jump in the ring to help.
