Purpose and Use of the Course

License and Access

Upon purchase, the Company grants one (1) individual a single, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Course for 180 calendar days from the date of purchase.

• A separate license is required for each additional user.

• Sharing login credentials, reproducing Course materials, or otherwise granting access to anyone other than the licensed individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

All sales are final and non-refundable. Because Course content is delivered digitally and cannot be returned once accessed, you are not entitled to any refund, credit, or exchange after purchase—regardless of usage, satisfaction, or technical capability. Warranties and Liabilities

The total liability of the Company, on all claims of any kind—whether in contract, warranty, indemnity, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise—arising out of or related to the Course and/or any related training materials shall not exceed the price paid for the Course to which the claim relates.

All intellectual property rights in the Course and its content are reserved by the Company and any third parties whose licensed works may be included. Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, modification, republication, uploading, posting, creation of derivative works, or distribution of any part of this Course is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners; use of these does not imply endorsement.

Modification of Terms
